StabileFlex Transtibial Socket Design

StabileFlex Objectives

  • Design works with airtight pin systems, suction sockets and vacuum suspension systems

  • Uses fiberglass casting technique to obtain a more consistent capture of the residual limb

  • The design focuses on the medial tibial flat as the primary weight bearing area

  • Total contact with uneven pressure distribution

  • Eliminates excessive patellar tendon pressure

  • Encourages quadriceps strengthening

  • Reduces traction on end of limb

  • Increases knee range of motion

  • Improves rotational control

  • Normalizes gait

FlagSocket-259x550.png
Coyote Dynamic Strut AFO
  • Allows some tibial torsion for a more natural gait

  • Vertically adjustable, replaceable strut

  • You cast, our technicians fabricate

  • Comes in Rigid and Medium

  • Responsive energy return

Boise Bi-Valve AFO
  • Shorter version replaces the higher-maintenance Arizona leather gauntlet brace

  • Increased off-loading of the foot and ankle

  • Fits inside most orthopedic and walking shoes

  • Alternative to the CROW boot
