Why Idaho?

Boise
New Homes near Downtown Caldwell Idaho Thumb.jpg
Caldwell
Twin Falls

Boise and surrounding areas are filled with beautiful scenery, hiking trails, river rafting, great food, and friendly people! From the Treasure Valley's sprawling farms (we're famous for our potatoes, after all) to the several well kept city parks for families to enjoy, it's no wonder Boise has been named one of the nation's fastest growing cities.

Given its geography, the Treasure Valley also experiences the 4 seasons while not reaching the extreme temperatures you often see in the Midwest and East Coast. Enjoy floating down the Boise River in the summer and then planning your ski trips to Bogus Basin in the winter. There's plenty of activities for all types of people from all walks of life to choose from throughout the entire year.

The same goes for Twin Falls, ID where the gorgeous falls themselves can be viewed year-round. Enjoy a small downtown area with plenty of great local eateries and businesses.
